Your physical body rests within the light of your soul. The energy of your soul shines out, radiating from your center, communicating with the world around you and attracting towards you lessons and experiences which hold potentials for your inner growth and spiritual evolution. When we tune into the unique, symbolic language of the soul, we gain a deeper perspective of our current situation and the events and processes which have led us here, finding the clarity and purpose to move forward.
Our energy bodies carry a record of every thought, feeling and experience we have ever had. When we are holding on to old energy of the past which is no longer serving our present growth, it becomes toxic and burdensome, weighing us down and creating resistance in our lives and bodies through negativity, discontentment, resentment, isolation, confusion, or any number of physical health issues. Likewise, when our minds are scattered and continually projected into the future, we uproot our soul energy and loose the firm grounding, focus, confidence, connection and will to manifest our dreams into reality.

We will work together during the session to clearly define what your inner self needs. Using various healing techniques and tools, we will allow your Soul-self to guide us through the deep healing with love and clarity. Once the energy work is complete, we will have time to talk about practical and concrete life tools which you can incorporate into your life to allow the light of your Soul to shine through in lasting and loving ways.
